What are we looking for?
The Regional Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be on managing the external sales function for the Enterprise. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience and foster long-term relationships with clients.
What you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field considered an asset.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the industry.
- Experience in developing, managing, and adhering to a sales budget.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to travel as needed to support regional sales efforts.
- Expert user of CRM software for managing pipelines, tracking activities, reporting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, forecast revenue, and pinpoint areas for improvement or growth.
- Ability to conduct and interpret market research, competitive analysis, and demographic data.
What you do?
- Strategic sales and revenue leadership, across Ontario.
- Support the review and assessment of new and emerging markets and customer base.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion into new locations as needed, leveraging existing relationships.
- Attend key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to gain insights, create meaningful networks, and identify emerging trends.
- Frequently seek out emerging customer needs or market gaps from sales data that could lead to new product offerings or targeted sales campaigns.
