Requirements / What do you need?

• A passion for people 
• Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge, as well as grow as an individual
• Dedication to learning a large menu with many in-house made items
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ambition and drive to create the best experience for your team and guests
• A drive to find solutions rather than point out problems
• A valid Drivers License,
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, work long hours, and okay being away from for 1-2 days at a time

• Oversee daily setup and teardown; manage vehicle maintenance schedules and health safety compliance.
• Coordinate travel to event sites, ensuring all equipment is secured and the truck is fully stocked for the day’s volume.
• Act as the face of the brand at community events, ensuring every guest receives "The Brewhouse" level of service.
